RECIPIENTS & EMBEDDED SERVICES
Who may process data on our behalf
We may use service providers that are necessary to operate the website and communicate with you, such as website hosting, email and technical support providers. They receive only the information needed to provide their service and are expected to protect it appropriately.
Pages may also contain embedded or linked content from services such as Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo or IRATA websites. Opening or interacting with such content may allow the relevant provider to receive technical information about your visit and, depending on the service, to set cookies or process data under its own terms.
Some third-party providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the provider is responsible for using an applicable legal transfer mechanism and safeguards.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
RETENTION
We keep data only as long as it is needed
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the enquiry, manage a possible booking and maintain an appropriate business record. Information connected with an actual training booking or customer relationship may be retained longer where accounting, tax, certification, contractual or legal requirements apply.
Technical and security logs are retained according to operational and security needs and the retention settings of our hosting and infrastructure providers.
