Only what is needed for the website and your enquiry

Course and contact enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, optional phone number, the course and preferred date you selected, and the message you send us.

Technical and security data

Our web server and security controls may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page, date and time, and diagnostic or security events. The enquiry form also uses the connection IP address temporarily for anti-spam and rate-limiting protection.

No public accounts or comments

The public Profixt website is not intended to provide visitor accounts or a public commenting service. WordPress administration features may process login-related data for authorised site administrators.

WordPress may use technical cookies required for administration, security and authenticated sessions. For ordinary public visitors, the Profixt theme does not itself require advertising cookies.

Who may process data on our behalf

We may use service providers that are necessary to operate the website and communicate with you, such as website hosting, email and technical support providers. They receive only the information needed to provide their service and are expected to protect it appropriately.

Pages may also contain embedded or linked content from services such as Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo or IRATA websites. RETENTION

We keep data only as long as it is needed

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the enquiry, manage a possible booking and maintain an appropriate business record. Information connected with an actual training booking or customer relationship may be retained longer where accounting, tax, certification, contractual or legal requirements apply.

Technical and security logs are retained according to operational and security needs and the retention settings of our hosting and infrastructure providers.

  • ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;

  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
